C. Merrill Construction is serving as the General Contractor for Phase 2 of the Anchor Park development in Port Wentworth, Georgia. The project includes the construction of new recreational and community facilities, along with associated site improvements.
The scope of work includes a new concession and restroom building, team room, bleachers, shade structures, parking areas, sidewalks, paving, utilities, and related sitework. The project also includes grading, drainage, landscaping, and other exterior improvements necessary to complete the park expansion.
CMC is managing all phases of construction, coordinating site development, building construction, and the various trades involved in delivering the completed recreational facilities. Construction is progressing through sitework, building construction, and exterior improvements as Phase 2 moves toward completion.
