Bonaire & Feagin Mill Middle School

A red brick school building with a peaked roof labeled “Bonaire Middle School” under a blue sky with scattered clouds; the foreground shows an empty parking lot and some greenery.

These large-scale summer renovation projects were carefully planned and executed to ensure each campus was fully ready for students to return on time, without delay. The scope of work included comprehensive upgrades to electrical systems, new flooring and ceilings, fresh interior painting, fire sprinkler system enhancements, installation of modern kitchen equipment, and updated gym flooring. Prior to construction, our team managed the complete removal and storage of school furnishings and equipment, and upon completion, returned and reinstalled all items, ensuring a

seamless transition back to normal operations. Despite an unexpected scheduling challenge mid-project—due to being an election polling site — C. Merrill Construction adapted quickly and maintained momentum, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to meeting tight deadlines. This project showcases our ability to coordinate complex renovations with precision, even under time-sensitive and evolving conditions.
