Copper Beach Townhomes

A row of modern beige townhouses with white staircases and railings, black shutters, and sloped roofs under a blue sky with scattered clouds and trees in the background.

C. Merrill Construction successfully completed a comprehensive renovation of the Copper Beech Multifamily Complex in Statesboro, Georgia. This occupied renovation project involved interior upgrades to every unit, including door replacements and floor repairs, as well as selecting exterior improvements to enhance overall curb appeal. Our team carefully coordinated with property management to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations and resident life.

Despite the property remaining fully operational throughout the renovation, no students or residents were displaced during construction. During the project, Copper Beech authorized additional scopes of work, including miscellaneous repairs, fire damage restoration, and storm-related destruction repairs.
