C. Merrill Construction collaborated with A101 and Method Engineering to deliver the Del Sur restaurant Pooler location—a 7,000-square-foot design-build project for a valued repeat client in the hospitality industry. The scope included a full interior build and the addition of a 3,000 sq ft. non-combustible patio to seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor dining experiences.
The space features a dual interior and exterior bar, full-service commercial kitchens, and thoughtfully designed guest areas—all tailored to meet the high standards of the Del Sur brand. From architectural design to execution, C. Merrill Construction led the process with a focus on quality, efficiency, and functionality. The result is a vibrant and durable space that reflects the client’s vision while supporting high-volume restaurant operations in one of Pooler’s most active commercial corridors.
