C. Merrill Construction is serving as the General Contractor for the ground-up construction of a new Hampton Inn & Suites in Metter, Georgia. The project includes the construction of a multi-story hotel with guest rooms, lobby and common areas, meeting and amenity spaces, back-of-house areas, and associated site improvements.
CMC is managing all phases of construction, including sitework, foundations, structural construction, building envelope, MEP systems, interior finishes, and exterior improvements. The project also includes associated parking, sidewalks, landscaping, utilities, and other site development necessary to support the new hotel.
Construction is currently progressing through the various phases of the project as the building takes shape and interior and exterior work advances toward completion.
