Lowcountry Montessori School

C. Merrill Construction partnered with Lowcountry Montessori School to deliver a new multi-building campus tailored to the school's growing needs. The project featured three pre-engineered metal buildings: a modern classroom facility, an open-air gymnasium, and a dedicated maker space for arts and shop programs. All construction took place on an active campus, requiring precise planning and coordination to ensure student safety and minimize disruption.

Through strategic value engineering, C. Merrill Construction helped the school achieve its vision while staying within budget—delivering over $700,000 in savings, more than 10% of the total project value. This collaborative process ensured the final product met educational goals without compromising on quality or functionality.
