C. Merrill Construction completed the construction of a new Nine Line retail and coffee shop location at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The project included the buildout of a modern retail space designed to accommodate Nine Line's operations and customer experience.
The scope of work included interior construction and finishes, electrical and mechanical systems, lighting, storefront improvements, and the installation of retail-specific features and finishes. The project also included associated site and exterior improvements necessary to complete the new store.
CMC coordinated all phases of construction with the owner, design team, and trade partners to deliver the completed space. The finished store provides Nine Line with a new location serving the Fort Stewart community.
